Design Coordinator

• Reporting to the Design Manager and to the Project Manager.

• Coordinate the design activities of the Subcontractors in accordance to the construction site work schedule and necessities.

• Take under control the design progress by Subcontractors, immediately report about delay and problems which could jeopardize the achivement of the delivery milestones.

• Define and agree with the subcontractors recovery plan, perform constant check of the work progress.

• Perform expediting and periodic coordination meeting with the Subcontractor. Achieve the economic progress target of the design activities.

• Coordinate with Project's GIP, GAP and technical team to ensure the timely resolution of technical questions.

• Attend the coordination meetings with the Customer and his consultant to grаntthe compliance of the design with the project requirements.

• Supervise and control the design approval process ensuring the achievement of the planned cash flow.

• Qualification & Experience required, Education, Years of Working Experience, Knowledge of Languages Architect/Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in design coordination on complex projects.

• Working as part of a multinational team for one of the world's largest construction companies;

• Working at the headquarters for the construction of a sports and recreation complex in Krasnoyarsk;
